I’m wondering if I should remove everything and just use autologous dermis on the nasal tip. Is that a reasonable option? I want to scrape out the donated dermis that’s currently in my nose too, and just use autologous dermis for the depressed area. Has anyone here who had removal done removed everything and only put in autologous dermis? I never had silicone in the first place, so I don’t mean the bridge or dorsum, and not for raising the nasal tip either. The depression is really, really severe, to the point that it looks black, and I was told the only way is to put dermis in that area, so I’m considering autologous dermis. I’m curious what it’s like. This kind of information doesn’t really come up even when I search, so I guess I have no choice but to ask someone who has actually done it …
