I'm on day 2 after surgery, done with ear cartilage. I know that once the swelling goes down, the nose gradually comes down, but my main goal was lowering the columella. When the swelling goes down, does the columella toward the philtrum also come down, or does it actually become slimmer and the columella goes up??
