When the cartilage is removed and repositioned, does the nasal tip become wider than the original nose…? Even my post-surgery nose has a chubby nasal tip ㅠㅠ It really can’t get any wider… I’m worried. I don’t want to end up with a bulbous nose ㅠㅠ
