A few weeks ago, I had a consultation at a pretty well-known place, and they said that because my nasal tip is lifted too much, if I want to lower it while maintaining the height, they would need to remove the septal cartilage currently inside and put in autologous dermis and autologous costal cartilage. But for some reason I don’t want to use donated material I think both would have to be from my own body, but isn’t that too much? Is it common to harvest and use both? Even harvesting just one of the two feels burdensome, but sacrificing both my buttocks and ribs...
