Has anyone had protruding alar cartilage in the nostril removed??

It’s been almost 3 months since I had the silicone removed and had my nasal tip manipulated with a septal support strut placed, and the alar cartilage is protruding on the side of the columella inside the nostrilㅜㅜㅜ But some doctors say they can just cut it out or shave it down and suture it, and it seems like most clinics handle it this way when the problem happened at their own clinic. There are also doctors who say that with a completely closed approach, if it’s bent at the septum again, they need to straighten it and tie it, and if it’s disconnected, they need to find the cartilage that got pulled inward and fix it again. ㄱㅇㅅ ㅅㅅㅇ Which is right? If they just cut it out or shave it down and remove it …
