First of all, about 17 years ago, I went in to get double eyelid surgery, but after only listening to the doctor saying my nose was the problem, I had an L-shaped silicone implant put in. 1-2 years later, I suddenly developed inflammation, so the clinic that did the surgery removed it as aftercare. Looking at this community now, I realized that maybe because it was a no-fee removal, they only removed it without any other measures, so my columella collapsed and my nasal tip seems to have become somewhat deformed. I trusted the doctor’s words that the shape would gradually improve and held out for a year, but the clinic disappeared without a trace. I lived with it as a lifelong complex, and early this year I started asking around for revision rhinoplasty clinics, including a revision clinic specializing in autologous costal cartilage and a Gangnam clinic said to specialize in bulbous nose surgery…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
