First, when I was in high school, I had trouble breathing through my nose, so I had septal surgery at a university hospital and had my hump shaved down too. But back then, the bone wasn’t shaved properly, and there was a spot sticking out like a mosquito bite, so 10 years ago, when I was in college, I had a second surgery where they inserted the thinnest silicone, about 15 mm, and placed ear cartilage on the nasal tip. Right now, I have a total removal surgery scheduled for early next year. It’s not like I have severe contracture right now, but recently my skin seems to be getting thinner and my nasal tip seems to be turning red, so before a bigger problem happens, I’m going to remove it…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
