I didn’t have a support strut or extension, just silicone placed on the nasal bridge, but it’s not L-shaped; it’s a straight silicone implant that extends all the way to the nasal tip, so they said the nasal tip cartilage is a bit compressed The implant is also crooked, so one side of the cartilage is a little more compressed. I want to have it removed with a closed approach, but some clinics say that to straighten out the compressed area, it has to be done open. Has anyone experienced a case like this?
