Epicanthoplasty!! I'm so worried I could die

I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty today. But one side was bleeding, so I called the hospital, and they said it was okay. I opened the bandage to wipe the blood, and at the inner corner where I had the epicanthoplasty, there is something like gauze thread at the inner corner inside the eye. It opens together when I open my eye. I don't know if this is a stitch or a foreign material,, I can't really explain it well, and I don't know what it is, so I just covered it back up. Tomorrow is Sunday, so I can't go to the hospital,,, Could the stitched area have burst open? I'm so worried I'm going crazy,,, Please definitely let me know.
