I'm a man on day 3 after nasal bridge surgery. I don't really feel pain or discomfort from having a foreign material placed, but someone said ramen and meat, or oily foods, absolutely must not be eaten for one to two months, so I'm really only eating kimchi and rice mixed with water. When I see people next to me eating sweet and sour pork and things like that, I seriously want to eat it so badly I'm going crazy. How did the experienced people in this community handle it? What did you eat to keep yourselves alive? Please, to me who is eating only kimchi, write just one word of salvation~~~
