Inner corner + partial incision

I didn't want the scar from the inner corner surgery to be big, so I looked around a lot and found a place that said they could make the scar not show, so I had my inner corner surgery and double eyelid surgery there. I had severe Mongolian folds and my eyes were far apart, so rather than the double eyelids, the goal was to remove the Mongolian folds and narrow the distance between the eyes, but they recommended the double eyelid surgery there, so I ended up doing it. But!!! The double eyelid line was made bigger than I expected, so it stood out, and the inner corner surgery looked like it hadn't been done at all. I was upset and asked if this was supposed to be normal, and they said they'd do it again with an attitude that felt a bit showy, so about 6 months later they only did the inner corner surgery a bit more. So it has now been a total of 1 year since the first surgery, but I still hear people say it looks like I didn't have the inner corner surgery, and I'm very upset, so I'm posting these photos. This photo shows how it looks now, 1 year after the surgery. A photo after having the inner corner surgery twice... is it. Even when they gave me one free revision, I felt like they were acting like they were doing me a favor, and it made me feel bad, but still, I don't think it can stay like this. Everyone... should I get revision surgery again?? Did your Mongolian folds remain like this after having inner corner surgery?? Is the distance between the eyes still this wide for you too?? I'm so upset/.
