2 months after partial incision,,

When I close my eyes, they're almost similar, but my left eye is a bit bigger. But when I open my eyes, the asymmetry is severe,, The right eye doesn't have a sausage bump, but only the left one is puffy. During surgery, while they were doing the left eye, a lot of blood came out and they were busy trying to stop the bleeding with something hot, like welding,,;; So I was already worried about the left eye.. and sure enough,, The stitches came undone after just three days, and I left it alone, so it left a scar.. The next day after that was going to be the day they removed the stitches anyway,, Sigh,, Is there any way to get rid of the sausage bump... what should I do about the scar, The part where the stitches burst is sunken and red, and it still hasn't gone away even after two months,,
