Is this a band? Please take a look

You can see the line in front of my eye, right? Is this a band? I just thought this was something that normally..? appears after epicanthoplasty, and that it would disappear along with the scar as the scar faded.. Is that not the case? If it doesn't go away, that's roughly a disaster I seriously hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -_- If this is a band, what should I do? While searching, I saw that there is a procedure to remove it with a laser. Do I need to get something like that?-_- If I tell the doctor, how will they resolve it? And the pen mark(?) visible in the photo with my eyes closed, how do I get rid of it? Why did the line that was on the crease come down like that?;; There isn't a single pen mark on my right eye, only my left eye is like that-_- It wouldn't come off with soap.. Does purple construction paper.. have any effect?
