I went for my final nose revision follow-up yesterday

It’s been a little over two and a half months since surgery, and once it passed the one-month mark, I slowly started to feel satisfied. I decided on surgery because I wanted to improve my long nose and depressed nasal tip, and I wanted a natural-looking straight-to-slightly-curved nose. But while going to consultations, I found out that the silicone was shifted to one side, I had a hooked nose, and when viewed from below, the columella also seemed tilted to the side and lying down. The incision scar was also severe, the silicone was visible through the skin, and there was a step-off on the nasal bridge. After hearing that, it really was clearly visible, but I’m kind of dull and not very observant lol So I raised the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, lowered the starting point of the nasal bridge to improve the long nose, and that chalky-looking nose feeling…
