I only had nose surgery to the extent of smoothing out a hump nose and improving a droopy, arrow-shaped nose. Maybe because of that, I didn’t really pay attention to the design aspects But what happened was, silicone was inserted starting from the nasal bridge, so my nose became longer, and the nasal tip is relatively low, making my midface look even longer. The silicone shows through, so when side-profile photos are taken, it’s so obviously noticeable and it’s distressing I’m looking into places that are good at making it look natural. Ha... I never want to touch it again
