I had my first rhinoplasty with Director Cho Yong-jin at Top Tier Plastic Surgery. The overall line has settled really beautifully into a straight-with-slight-curve shape, so I’m very satisfied. Once my nasal line looked more refined, my face looked noticeably smaller, and my overall impression felt cleaner and more polished, which was fascinating. I thought a lot about whether or not to use an implant, but in the end, I think going with silicone suited my face better.
