Usually, for daily life, like going to work for example, how much vacation do you need to take? I'm an office worker, so I couldn't bring myself to do it and kept putting it off, but in the end I think I'll have to go through with it. I'd be so grateful if everyone who's had facial contouring could share opinions. And for reducing swelling, sleeping sitting up and taking walks are still the best, right?
