Yesterday I had my first rhinoplasty with no implant, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and today I went to the hospital and had the cotton packing removed. How does the line look? I’m wondering how much it will come down once the swelling goes down from here. Also, the swelling is mainly around my cheeks and jaw rather than my eyes. Are there cases like this too? I heard that on day 1 it starts from the eyes and then by days 3-4 it moves down toward the jaw, but mine is the opposite, so it feels strangeㅠ
