Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

What do you think of non-implant rhinoplasty, bulbous nose correction, hump reduction, and osteotomy?

Before/after Before surgery front view / after surgery front and side views

I had it done without an implant. I had bulbous nose correction, hump reduction, and osteotomy. The nasal tip materials were septal cartilage + ear cartilage. I'm someone who mostly just browses this community, and I saw that a lot of people here are considering non-implant rhinoplasty because silicone feels burdensome, so I'm writing this.

If you already have some nasal bridge height, going to a clinic that is good at shaping the nasal tip can be enough to get a good surgical result.

I just picked and brought any pre-op photo, but the photo seems a bit distorted, so I'll describe it in writing. Before surgery, my nose was small overall, but it was wide sideways, so there was almost no nasal contour.

My nasal tip was low, so it also looked flat, and I said I wanted to raise the tip slightly. Now I'm satisfied with the height, and it also has the effect of making the midface look shorter.

There is still some residual swelling, but people around me are saying it already looks pretty enough.
