Hehe, before and after. I ended up getting revision surgery again because of my bulbous nose. First, since my nose didn’t really have a columella, I asked them to lower the columella and shape the front, and the frontal shape and side profile came out exactly how I wanted. It turned out so pretty, and I’m satisfied. They also handled aftercare well. At first, I was worried because the swelling was so severe, but thankfully it went down fairly quickly.
