The top two are after surgery. The bottom one is before surgery. I had been really worried about having uneven eyes, but just like everyone here said, the swelling really did go down noticeably each day. It changed again after the stitches were removed... I don’t think they’re uneven eyes; the swelling just went down on one side first. The doctor also said they aren’t uneven, so I’m putting my mind at ease and waiting.
