Today is the 4th, right? No.. since it’s past midnight, it’s the 5th. It has been exactly one month. I received a lot of help here, so I’m posting.^^ I thought it had gone down a lot, but seeing the photos, not really^^; Maybe because I did it together with fat grafting, the swelling has gone down a lot. On day 3 (they say that’s when swelling is worst), I didn’t swell much, but after some time I swelled more. The doctor also said on day 3 that I really wasn’t swollen, but when the stitches were removed at 1 week, he said the swelling had not gone down at all compared with day 3-.-; On day 3, after removing the bandage, I took photos for the first time, and I was surprised too. Because my face looked slimmer.. haha After that it gradually swelled, then settled, and now except for the side profile, it looks the same as before. Other than coworkers who saw me every day, even my friends don’t recognize it. Should I laugh or cry^^; I worried about it for about a year (not constantly, just from time to time). When I posted photos here, everyone told me to do the cheekbones, but after visiting several clinics and gathering the doctors’ opinions, I had surgery with the doctor whose view was most similar to mine. For two days after doing it, I had a fever and felt so exhausted that I wondered, what am I doing.. But now I just feel calm about it. It’s not that I got a dramatic effect from the surgery. It’s my own satisfaction. I think with anything, self-satisfaction is the biggest thing. But they say it will keep going down more, so I can look forward to a bit more, right? Facial contouring is... a bigger surgery compared with other areas, but rather than something changing dramatically, it seems to change subtly. But I do think face shape definitely takes up a big part of the overall image. Because I did them together, I couldn’t pay much attention to the fat grafting, but a lot has been absorbed, so I think I’ll definitely need to do it once more after a few months. I do hear a little that I look younger. For those who are hesitating. Rather than just reading posts, go visit several clinics yourself, and if there is someone who had surgery, pester them to see photos too. Since it’s not a small surgery, think about it a lot. Tomorrow I’ll meet my mom for the first time in a month. I hope she won’t notice, like my friends~ but I’m not sure^^ I hope everyone becomes much prettier. This was my rambling one-month review.^__^
