Pumpkin juice + pear juice + even prescribed medicine to reduce swelling, and started a diet.. I’m probably the only person who gained weight after facial contouring surgery. Even after surgery, I ate so well that I gained 4 kg.. I’m in the middle of an intense diet..^^;; First of all, the really major swelling has gone down a lot.. Still, my face is swollen. If I divide my face exactly in half, the lower area centered around the nasal alae is plump and swollen, and the upper area has gone down a lot, so I can see that the cheekbones went in, but the swelling next to the nasal alae and the swelling in the cheeks under the ears are very plump.. The pulling feeling when I lower my head has improved a lot, but on days when I eat ramen and sleep and swell up a lot, it still pulls a bit.. For the short chin, I really like the side profile.. But there is still swelling under the chin for the short chin too. Facial contouring surgery really isn’t easy.. The hospital said I need to watch residual swelling for up to 3 months and told me not to be too impatient.. My friends see me and say it has gone down a lot compared to the beginning, but they said I still look plump.. At least I’ve recovered a human shape(?), but bone-shaving surgery doesn’t seem to be a surgery where swelling goes down quickly and you become pretty right away like eyes or nose.. I can see that the cheekbones went in.. but the area next to my nose is swollen and puffy, so nasolabial folds appeared.. Well, there may be individual differences, but if you’re getting cheekbone surgery, I really, really hope you think it over a hundred more times before deciding..
