For a man with eyes like this, how do you think it would look if I only got a partial incision?

I had a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic, and they only recommended a partial incision. Do my eyes look like they don’t need anything else, like epicanthoplasty or ptosis correction? What does everyone think?
