Before Before After After It has been three months since I had bulbous nose surgery, short nose surgery, and forehead fat grafting with custom silicone from Director Kim Da-alm at the clinic. They used custom silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. They said they put 5 mm in my nose, and during the consultation they recommended custom silicone because they thought my nose would come out prettier with custom silicone rather than regular silicone, so I went ahead with custom silicone. It was nice that I could also see what I would look like after surgery in advance through 3D virtual simulation. When I went for the consultation, I brought photos of what I wanted, and I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved profile with a slightly rounded feel, not a pointy nasal tip. Now that I’m at three months, almost all the swelling is gone, and it has become so natural that if I don’t say anything, people don’t know I had surgery. I wanted it to look naturally higher from the start, so I really like it!
