After cheekbone surgery... please give me advice.

It’s been one month since surgery. My side cheekbones were prominent, and they said they pushed them in slightly so it wouldn’t disrupt the overall feel of my face. I don’t know if they’re just hidden because I still have residual swelling, but I can’t see the side cheekbones now. Looking back, even though I tend to swell easily, I think the major swelling went down quickly. It was a bit much, but I was walking around downtown after just a week. Now some people even say my cheeks look slightly fuller and pretty.... But... but..... I want to ask those who are a few months out from cheekbone surgery... Has anyone who had cheekbone surgery lost their under-eye aegyo-sal? When I smiled, the aegyo-sal used to bulge up on both sides, but one side disappeared, so I’m really upset. When I smile, my expression really looks noticeably uneven. On the other side, instead of the aegyo-sal disappearing, there’s a thick fatty bulge under the lower eyelid, you know? The kind older people often get.. the one that makes you look a bit tired.. That appeared instead. Anyway, when I smile, should I say it looks like I’m frowning... I saw photos taken outdoors and was completely shocked, and since then I can’t smile. Will it come back later? Has anyone been in the same situation as me and returned to normal? Actually, I had no complaints about the surgery... the clinic staff were kind too. The doctor seemed trustworthy and was nice... The doctor told me to wait a little longer... but these days I’m trying not to smile in front of people and living with a blank expression, so I’m really anxious. I think I’d feel a bit relieved if someone said they were in the same situation as me and got better. Is there anyone like that?
