Revision surgery for upturned nose, day 5 (photos removed)

8 years ago, I had nose surgery with L-shaped silicone and ear cartilage inserted, and I ended up with an upturned nose... 5 years ago, I went to a plastic surgery clinic for a consultation about revision surgery for my upturned nose..... At the time, techniques weren’t that good, so it was some kind of surgery where they lower the upturned nose over two or three operations,,,ㅡㅡ;; The director told me it would be better to do it after a few more years and told me to come back in a few years..... I know upturned nose surgery is a tough and difficult surgery... But I believed that an upturned nose really can be corrected if you receive surgery from a truly skilled director, so after 5 years I went back to the hospital, had a consultation with the director, and had the surgery!!! Surgery to lower the upturned nose, ...lowering the nostril rims.. nasolabial augmentation.. Before surgery, from the side, my nostrils were wide open like a mountain shape, so it’s amazing that they’re now straight!! With the nasolabial augmentation, my mouth went in too, and the upturned nose also came down~~~ Please make it natural! Please make it pretty however you think best? Since I had ruined it by getting surgery without asserting what I wanted.. I really thought this 3rd time would be my last surgery, so I told the director that the nose I wanted was a sharp nose.. a high nose, and even when I went into the operating room, I insistently shouted for a high nose.. haha Because I thought that was better than having surgery again because I didn’t like the line... Everyone! The image quality isn’t good because they’re phone photos, but please evaluate whether it looks like it came out well as a high nose, sharp and pretty~~ I’m not sure how many millimeters were used for the bridge and tip.. I’m getting the stitches removed on Friday, so I’ll ask the director and let those who are curious know.
