Puh.. August 4th? I had it done that day, This is a photo taken on October 4th. I had the tip of my nose, alar sides, silicone, and cartilage all done... but it doesn’t look pretty...... puh.. My friends all say my face has gotten much slimmer, but I think the alar sides were reduced too little... The tip of my nose too.. it’s a lot smaller than before, but still blunt..
