Male, slightly bulbous nose, not upturned, arrow-nose feel, protruding brow bone so there’s a big step-off with the nasal bridge, midface on the shorter side. In this kind of case, is it hard to see an effect with implant-free nasal tip surgery? It also seems like it suits people with a hump nose or long midface well, so now that I’m actually about to do it, it feels ambiguous.
