It’s hard to look straight ahead after buried-incision double eyelid surgery

I think it’s been about 3 weeks since I had an inner double eyelid done with the buried-incision method. I hadn’t really noticed anything before, and recently I also had nose surgery, and today I had the splint removed. But it’s hard to look straight ahead with my eyes. I also feel like my eyes are being pressed down; it’s not quite a foreign-body sensation, but anyway I keep feeling discomfort. Looking downward or opening my eyes lightly and looking straight ahead is okay, but if I just open my eyes properly and lift my head, it’s so uncomfortable ㅠㅠㅠ Is this part of the recovery process, or is there some specific way I should handle it?? My eyes still look sleepy too.. What should I do?
