First nose surgery: donated costal cartilage? Autologous costal cartilage?

I went to my second hospital consultation today, and autologous costal cartilage is really expensive, so I’m also considering donated costal cartilage. If I do it with autologous costal cartilage, it’s 6.5 million won, and if I do it with donated costal cartilage, it’s 4.5 million won. But they say donated costal cartilage has a higher risk of inflammation or absorption, and with autologous costal cartilage, the inflammation risk or absorption rate is a bit lower than donated costal cartilage, but it’s expensive, so I’m torn. The hospital said that, according to conference data, the numerical difference is about 2–3, but for a first nose surgery, which do you all recommend more between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage?
