NN - matched with Director Kim Il-hwan I didn’t specifically choose a director when making the reservation, so I had the consultation with the consultant first, and they matched me with a director suited to my needs. There was one director I had in mind, but I didn’t designate anyone. I was a little worried because he didn’t have many reviews, but the few reviews he did have were mostly right. He was really quiet, not the type to talk a lot, didn’t recommend or pressure me at all, and clearly said, “This won’t work because of this.” I actually liked that.
