It’s day 2 after silicone removal, and when I asked whether I should massage later after taking off the splint, they said massage could cause inflammation, so not to do it. They only mentioned ice massage up to 48 hours. But in this community, people talk as if massaging after nose implant removal is a given, so I’m curious whether the nurse misunderstood something and told me incorrectly.
