Sometimes when I look at comments, people say that after removal, they massage so the nose doesn’t lift up and the columella doesn’t retract. What does that mean? Once everything has healed, do you keep pulling it downward? I’m getting it removed soon, so I think I should know in advance. If there’s anything else I should prepare, please let me know. I’ve prepared swelling-reducing tea and sterile cotton swabs.
