I’ve had surgery 3 times, and now I’m getting consultations for full removal. I don’t have inflammation, but I decided on removal because I’m dissatisfied with the shape, the silicone/cartilage is showing through, and the scar tissue looks prominent. I had thought I’d have to remove it someday anyway. I had consultations at ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅍㄹㅁ, and ㅅㅇ. All three said full removal is possible and that contracture probably won’t happen. The quote was the most expensive, but I found myself leaning most toward ㅅㅇ. I’m about to book the surgery date, but while researching in this community, I saw people describing the columella becoming straight and flat, commonly saying it looks as if it was cut off…
