I had the nasal tip cartilage sutured and also had septal extension surgery, but I want to remove everything. It feels like my nasal tip is drooping, gradually turning upward, and getting shorterㅜ People who see me also say my nose looks upturnedㅠ And what I'm most dissatisfied with is that my nostrils have become longer. If I remove the implants and go back to my original height, will my nostrils become round like they originally were too?
