I have a non-implant nose tip with septal cartilage. After removing it, would nose-tip repositioning be better, or would revision nose-tip surgery be better? Which nose-specialized hospitals are decent? A hospital I got recommended a lot has a few bad reviews, so I’m suddenly scared again If anyone knows a hospital that does the nose tip with ear cartilage, please share
