My natural nose was a short nose, so my nostrils were very visible, which is why I had surgery. To talk about the result, my nostrils are still visible and the silicone is too obvious. For the surgery, they said they used 4 mm silicone and shaved it thinly at the glabella area. They extended the length, nasal dorsum, and nasal tip with costal cartilage. I think the reason my nostrils still look big is that they raised the nasal tip excessively. My question here is, if I remove only the silicone and have the nasal tip refined again, would it be possible to achieve what I had hoped to improve in the first surgery, which was making the nostrils not visible? The noses I want are Joy’s and Shin Da-eun’s ㅜㅜ 12 are the operated nose…
