Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

For a contracted nose with the tip lifted a lot, is costal cartilage the only answer..

When I had nose surgery in 2019 with silicone and donated costal cartilage, I was really satisfied with the shape. Back then, I think I went around insisting only on a high, flashy nose. Even the hospital that did the surgery said my skin was on the thick side, so they could raise it enough, but I wonder if that put too much strain on it. It has changed so much that I wonder if the shape can really change this much in just a few years. At first, the bridge of my nose was just red and swollen, but then it gradually started lifting. Now it’s probably accurate to say it has lifted almost uncontrollably. I’m really not happy at all that the indoor mask mandate has been lifted. At restaurants…
