When I had nose surgery in 2019 with silicone and donated costal cartilage, I was really satisfied with the shape. Back then, I think I went around insisting only on a high, flashy nose. Even the hospital that did the surgery said my skin was on the thick side, so they could raise it enough, but I wonder if that put too much strain on it. It has changed so much that I wonder if the shape can really change this much in just a few years. At first, the bridge of my nose was just red and swollen, but then it gradually started lifting.
