After my first surgery with silicone + septal cartilage, I’m looking into revision surgery because of my nose shape and drooping nasal tip.
I’m currently interested in Named and Just Plastic Surgery, but both doctors seem to prefer donated costal cartilage .... Is there anyone who used autologous costal cartilage?? I’m curious whether it’s okay...

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
