It has been a little over a year since I really worked up the courage to have surgery, but the clinic where I had the surgery won’t acknowledge that the silicone is showing through and said it would get better with time, so I waited. But this chalk-like feeling won’t go away. I also had fat grafting done at the same time, but most of it is gone, and it seems like only the cheek area is left a little strangely. Now I can’t trust them anymore, so I’m going to look for a clinic specializing in removal surgery… I came back to search again. I really think rhinoplasty needs to be decided very carefully. I thought I had done enough online research and in-person consultations after reading reviews, but when I take photos, it looks so obvious and unnatural…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
