I consulted several places about removal, and a few places said repositioning is optional, that I can do it or not do it. They said that if I don't do repositioning, they would only remove what was grafted inside the nose, remove the silicone and septal cartilage strut, and then just suture without repositioning. I want removal because of the foreign body sensation and my nose that has become like Pinocchio's. They said it won't collapse or anything if I do that, but they can't guarantee changes in the nose shape. I've given up wanting to make my nose pretty, and I'd be happy if it just came back 80% to my original nose. If I really do it this way, will my nose not collapse, droop, or become an upturned nose...
