Everyone, for autologous cartilage, septal cartilage, or ear cartilage columellar struts, are there people who have cartilage show-through at the nasal tip or columella? The doctors all say different things about this Some directors say it goes inside the alar cartilage, so there is no show-through, and another director says the end of the strut may show through at the nasal tip.
