I am considering getting a consultation and deciding because of visible implant show-through on the nose and visible septal cartilage at the tip of the nose. Has anyone had the implant removed non-openly and then had the tip of the nose lowered to match the removed bridge so that the cartilage show-through improved? The visibility is not extremely severe, and I am worried that going open would be too much of a burden, so I am asking whether non-open surgery could also improve it.
