Is there anyone? I had surgery on the 28th with ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and 35 mm silicone. There is visibility at the nasal tip, the nasal tip is red, and because it feels like it does not suit my image, there is a foreign-body sensation, and the nasal tip is hard, I have been living with the thought that I really did this without knowing enough, and with depression. Right now it is exactly week 2, and I came to the clinic for a follow-up. The clinic said they would shave down the cartilage a bit and lower it somewhat, but I told them I just want everything removed. The clinic says they can return it to my original nose, but is that true…
