It's been about 1 year and 4 months since I had nose surgery without implants, and I'm looking into revision surgery now. It didn't fail, but my nasal tip is blunt and seems to be drooping more and more, so I'm looking again. For my first surgery, I didn't really research properly before doing it, so I'm wondering if I'll regret it if I do it again without implants?? When I look at revisions from people who had surgery without implants, many of them seem to get implants inserted, but I'm worried about inflammation. Is there anyone who had no implants and then got revision surgery??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
