Hello, I had surgery at a certain plastic surgery clinic around this time last year, but inflammatory reactions kept occurring, so I had it removed, and about a year has passed. I am slowly starting to visit clinics for consultations now. I am considering ㅋㅂㅈ ENT, ㄷㅎㄷ, ㄱㅅ, and ㅊㅁ. I am planning to see only three or four places, not too many. If anyone has been to them, please recommend ㅠㅠ For reference, I have columellar retraction, only the nasal tip was tied, the nose looks pinched, and it seems like a little non-dissolvable filler remains ㅠ ㅐ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
