There’s only a straight silicone implant on the bridge, and the nasal tip is tied up with cartilage. The columella is a bit crooked, and the nostrils are uneven. In one side of the nose, I can feel the alar cartilage. If it’s closed, remove the silicone and any remaining threads, and improve the problem areas as much as possible with cartilage repositioning, but it won’t fully fix the issues. If it’s open, I don’t know how much improvement is possible, but to improve the problem areas, cartilage repositioning and dissolvable sutures can be used. I’m getting swayed toward just removing the silicone because it’s not like anyone is looking into my nostrils anyway ㅋㅋㅋ
