My nasal tip is high, but I don’t have a nasal bridge, kind of like Jang Nara’s nose. If I put silicone only in the nasal bridge, is the probability of contracture high? I’m curious whether, if I use costal cartilage for my first surgery, there would be no chance of contracture. Or I’d also like to ask whether filler could be a good alternative.
