I'm trying to remove it because of nasal tip drooping and the silicone bending, but my nasal tip was done with septal cartilage. I want to remove only the silicone, but it seems like other people do complete removal altogether. Honestly, I do want to remove the nasal tip too, but they say it's difficult because it's septal cartilage ㅜㅜ
